Our production of neon lights takes place in sterile clean conditions, which has a great impact on the quality of neon lighting. Our internal neon factory is equipped with several stations adapted to the production of serial neon lights. The original glass neon lights are handmade. This process has not changed over the past 100 years. To create neon lights, we use glass from renowned certified producers from Italy and the USA. In the neon production process, components such as electrodes, wires, handles, neon transformers are also important, which we always adjust according to the calculations and parameters of the created neon. We service all illuminated signboards and luminous letters on the facades of buildings. Our professional qualified fitters will fix any problem… sometimes within one day. We know how to properly repair various types of signs. Our sign maintenance inspection service is its regular service and maintenance. It's a way to protect your investment. Lack of inspection of illuminated external and internal signs or illuminated letters can cause many harmful effects such as: moisture, fungus, weather conditions, sun damage, strong wind, non-working lighting or, for example, irregularities in the initial assembly of letters to the building facade. Clean, working signs, luminous letters uniformly glowing with liquid light can increase customer traffic and instill a sense of security around the entire facility. Our trained and licensed fitters arrive on site with a fully equipped vehicle to complete the service task. They will quickly diagnose any problems and ensure they are quickly rectified. All of our technicians are equipped with mobile connectivity so they can communicate effectively with our main office and you to ensure necessary repairs are completed as quickly as possible. We provide maintenance and repair of signs at very competitive prices. AESTHETIC VALUES: We check the quality, fragility of the material, cracks on the front of the letters, we diagnose acts of vandalism, damage to the signboard caused by impacts. A comprehensive check of the aesthetic appearance of all letters at once. We remove stagnant water from inside the letters, remove pests in the case inside the letter. We check the structural strength of the sides of the letters against delamination and sticking of the sides of the letters.

COLOURS: COLOUR FADING: We verify in detail the general appearance of the letters on the facade. Constant exposure to UV sunlight and strong wind may cause the acrylic surface on the 3D letter to lose its colour. We check presumed discoloration caused by the sun through fading and loss of actual colour. Rain or hail hitting the letters over time can cause a general deterioration of the appearance of the entire sign.

STRUCTURAL MATERIALS: We check the exposure to weather conditions, the formation of rust in the places of welding. Stagnant water inside the letters, pests that can get inside the case inside the letter. Vacuumed and cleaned according to manufacturer's instructions. We remove problems that may require the replacement of some parts or make corrections to individual elements of spatial letters, restoring them to their previous perfect state.

STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO SIGNS: We immediately correct structural errors that can be repaired. We solve problems with marking incorrectly illuminated 3D spatial letters. We precisely define the problem of a non-functioning luminous inscription. We check the structural resistance to bending and against delamination, unsticking of the sides of the letters. We accurately determine the problem of a non-working light inscription. We fix all hidden design flaws inside each sign.

ELECTRICAL DAMAGE: We will replace LED lighting in letters. Any type of lighting not working properly will be promptly repaired by a professional sign installer on site. We will check the electronic power supplies for the Led modules responsible for the lighting of the complex of letters on the facade. We will check all the power controls of the electrics operating Non-Stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will replace damaged power supplies due to electrical overload on site. We will diagnose the current condition of electrical wires. We will check the sources of light intensity of the marking (lighting too weak or too strong) and we will test the light load of all letters from the entire inscription. We will check everything in detail the lighting elements - flickering LED modules, sparking, crackling noises or hum of electronic power supplies when they are turned on. We will check all lighting elements, electrical connections, grounding of electrical circuits and their insulation. We will eliminate errors with the connection: the light may flicker or quickly go out and turn off individual sections of letters.

GENERAL CLEANING MAINTENANCE: General repair vacuumed and cleaned according to manufacturer's instructions. Cleaning the sign like everything else is necessary, ads get dirty too. Keeping the front of the letters clean is for a better quality of light inside the letter, all for a better optical impression. Environmental and other conditions may affect the performance and effectiveness of the mark. Dirt and contamination can affect the quality of the entire code.
