At the first stage, the project manager organizes the entire scope. Key assumptions regarding the installation site, expectations, and direction of execution are defined. Assumptions and random decisions are eliminated.
You do not need to know materials, technologies, or execution details.
The project manager answers questions, advises on solutions, and translates the idea into a real signage system.
From the very beginning, the project is given a clear direction that allows it to move to the next stages without stepping back, without chaos, and without uncertainty.
Design refined before it goes into production
At this stage, the project is verified in terms of real execution.
We check proportions, readability, and fit to the installation site so that everything works in reality, not only in the visualization.
Every detail is organized and confirmed.
The project manager ensures compliance with the agreed assumptions and eliminates the risk of errors before they appear during execution.
The project stops being an idea.
It becomes a ready solution prepared for execution.
By the time the project goes into production, decisions are already made
At this stage, the project is translated into a real execution process.
We precisely define the method of implementation, the selection of materials, and the technology to ensure the solution works in reality, not only in theory.
The project manager, together with the team, analyzes each element in terms of durability, installation, and safety.
Decisions are based on experience and real production capabilities; they are not random.
The project is reviewed and approved by the team responsible for execution.
Only after this verification does it move into production.
Everything under control at every stage
During the production stage, the project remains under the constant supervision of the project manager. Each element is created in accordance with previously made decisions, without deviations and without improvisation.
The execution is verified on an ongoing basis, stage by stage.
We do not move forward until every element has been checked and approved.
As a result, the project is delivered exactly as planned.
Without errors, without rework, and without randomness.
EFFECT CONFIRMED BY FULL CONTROL
Before the execution is delivered to the client, we check it as a complete signage system: structure, fit, finishing, lighting, and compliance with the previously approved assumptions.
The inspection is not a quick review. We verify each element from every side, test its performance in real conditions, and only then approve it for packing, transport, and installation.
As a result, the client receives signage prepared for installation, executed to the PRETENDE standard: durable, aesthetic, and consistent with decisions made before production.
