Payment for signage initiates an organized realization process from design to assembly.
At PRETENDE, payment is not just a formality. It is the moment when the accepted scope comes under our guidance, and the project receives a clear operational structure, a manager, and PRETENDE's responsibility for the subsequent stages of implementation.
We deliver not only a sign, channel letters, illuminated advertising, or a signage system. We deliver an organized process where design, technology, production, and assembly are managed as a single whole. Thanks to this, the client does not have to coordinate multiple parties, supervise contractors, or independently solve technical decisions that should have been foreseen earlier.

The process begins with defining the scope, execution standard, and key project assumptions. On this basis, we prepare a pro forma invoice that formally organizes the start of the project.
After it is paid, the project is scheduled, assigned to a project manager, and moves into design and technical development. At this stage, we refine solutions, prepare materials for approval, and organize the next steps of the process.
As a result, the execution does not start chaotically. The client knows what happens next, who is responsible, and how the project moves from decision to execution.
The biggest problems in signage projects rarely come from production itself. They usually arise earlier: from an unclear scope, lack of technical decisions, dispersed responsibility, or errors identified too late.
That is why at PRETENDE the process starts with structuring decisions. First, we define what is to be delivered, at what standard, using which technology, and with what level of responsibility on our side. Only then does the project move through the next stages.
This model reduces chaos, rework, delays, and random decisions during execution. The client is not just buying signage. They are buying a decision that is meant to work technically, visually, and organizationally for years.
For larger projects, the payment model is adapted to the scale of the investment, the schedule, and the client’s way of working. Milestone payments, advances, or individually agreed structures are possible.
Regardless of the chosen form, we follow the same principle: the project is managed as one coherent process, with a clear scope, structured communication, and responsibility on the PRETENDE side.
We handle domestic and international transfers as well as online payments. For corporate projects, project financing in the form of leasing is also possible.
The payment method can be adapted to the nature of the cooperation, but the goal remains the same: a smooth start, predictable progress, and execution of the whole in the PRETENDE standard—meaning durability, aesthetics, and no operational issues.
