We deliver the signage in a state ready for assembly - without damage, shortages or surprises. The project is inspected by us until it arrives on site exactly as it was made.
We operate globally. We deliver realizations to any place in the world, choosing the right transport channel and method of protection. We use dedicated, insured shipping and proven logistics routes. Each project is individually secured from reinforced packaging and cases to shipping crates at demanding destinations. Once the shipment is opened, the customer receives a product ready for assembly with no corrections and no stress. We take responsibility for the delivery of the realization from the moment of departure from production to delivery on site.

PREPARATION FOR TRANSPORT

Whether the implementation arrives in perfect condition depends on how it is prepared. At PRETENDE, this stage is under full control. Each set is complete, checked and prepared in accordance with the assembly flow so that there are no improvisations or shortages on site. Only realizations after full quality control, in accordance with the arrangements, are sent for transport. The method of protection is always matched to the project from reinforced packaging and corner protection, to transport boxes at delicate elements. All this to ensure that nothing moves, is not damaged or deformed. Once the shipment is opened, the customer gets a finished, complete set with no corrections and no stress.

Delivery options

We tailor the delivery of the implementation to the place where it is to go. That's why we work on proven global logistics routes and select the mode of transportation individually to the project and location. Depending on the direction and requirements of the realization, we use: land transport, sea transport for large international realizations and air transport when delivery time is crucial. Each of these options is analyzed by us in advance and selected to ensure safe and predictable delivery.

At the same time, we tailor the packaging method to the chosen form of transportation. We create appropriate protection and crates from standard protective systems to certified transport boxes required for air or sea logistics. We work with experienced international freight forwarders, giving us access to proven routes and competitive terms. The customer receives the real cost of transportation without additional surcharges exactly as per the chosen form of delivery. The realization arrives exactly where it should in a predictable time and in a state ready for installation, with no risks and no surprises.
